We identified an issue with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure in the UK South (London) region, and we've confirmed that service has been restored.
Customer Impact: Customers may have been unable to perform service management functions including creating or managing resources, for a subset of services in the region. There was no impact to the availability of existing services.
