We identified and resolved an issue with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Console in the US West (Phoenix) and US East (Ashburn) regions.
Customer Impact: Customers may have been unable to access or use OCI Classic services from their console menu. Services that share network infrastructure with the Console service such as Cloud Portal, and Cloud Signup services may have also been impacted.
